Unofficial and independent

KHOC Manager is an unofficial, independent tool made to help a Kingdom Hall Operating Committee keep on top of maintenance jobs, schedules and accounts. It is not produced, endorsed or supported by any religious organisation, and it does not replace the committee's own procedures or official forms.

"Kingdom Hall" and "Kingdom Hall Operating Committee" are used descriptively to say what the tool is for. No affiliation with, sponsorship by or approval from any religious organisation is claimed or implied.

Our policies

Copyright

The website, app, design and code are © 2026 Yard8 Limited. Content your committee enters stays yours. The site uses the Paper Dashboard theme by Creative Tim under its licence and the Inter typeface under the SIL Open Font License.

Accessibility

We want everyone on the committee to be able to use the service. The website and app follow the dark and light preference of your device, work on phones and tablets, and use labelled controls. If something is hard to use, tell us and we will try to fix it.

Reporting a problem

If you find a security problem, please tell us privately using the contact details above rather than posting it publicly, and give us a reasonable time to fix it. For anything else about the service, your KHOC coordinator is the first point of contact.
