This page explains the cookies and similar storage the KHOC Manager website uses, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the website, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Cookies we set

Local storage
The website keeps one value in your browser's local storage, khoc-theme, which records whether you chose light or dark mode. It never leaves your browser. The mobile app keeps your sign-in token in the device's secure storage and your theme choice in its settings.
What we do not use
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or any other third-party tracking cookies. The one outside request the website makes is to Google Fonts for the typeface; Google may log that request, as described in its own privacy policy, but it does not set cookies on our site.
Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser's settings. Because ours are needed to sign in, blocking them means you will not be able to use the signed-in parts of the website. Links we text you work without cookies beyond the session one.
